Born September 29, 1936 in St. Marys, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Don Lamont and Martha Lee (Fishpaw) Smith. A graduate of Ohio State University, Deborah had formerly worked as a teacher at Logan-Hocking School District. Deborah is survived by her sons, William Wilshire and Charles Henry Keynes, both of Logan; and grandchildren, Graham Wilkin, Parker William, and Kirsten Amber Mae Keynes.
