I love the food here! Everything I've had has always been so delicious and fresh. My favorite dishes are the seafood Mac and cheese it's stuffed with shrimp and crab, the shrimp and grits are some of the best, the seafood platter was cooked perfectly and the banana pudding is by far one of my favorites I've had from anywhere! My boyfriend had the burger and fries and that was so good those fries were very crunchy! It's usually a bit of a wait to get in which is fine but with the remodel now some of the tables are so very small and their plates are big so that makes it an issue I felt like my plate was going to fall off the table and the music is way too loud I could barely hear my boyfriend talking to me. If they could just fix those two things it would be perfect! Overall restaurant is very clean, cute and the food is perfect!

Absolutely amazing food and service today for lunch! Zia (sp?) was our server and she was so very friendly and accommodating. Her personality makes her a great fit for Page’s! This is the second time I have had lunch here in 3 days as my parents came to visit for the day and wanted to eat at Page’s. They never disappoint, the prices are just right and you never leave hungry.

Great dinner and won’t break a family’s bank. Food was all great. Shrimp, crab claws, fried green tomatoes, coleslaw, country fried steak, fried chicken, salads. Everything on the table was perfect. Atmosphere is fun and super clean. You don’t need to spend $30 a plate like so many other places around and the quality is great. Brooke M our server provided great service all around and some tips about the area. Will be back again next trip from Florida to the mountains and may even stop this trip on the way home. Special place!

We stayed in the area for a weekend and decided to check this place out based on some of the other reviews we read online. We tried the Crab and Bacon Chowder to start, which was absolutely delicious! For entrees, we had the Ashleigh's Shrimp and Grits and the Grilled Seafood Platter. Both dishes tasted fresh and were packed with flavor! If you come here and order either dish, you won't be disappointed! Our server recommended the Peanut Butter Pie for dessert, and it was absolutely delicious and worth the trip itself! If you're in the area, we definitely recommend stopping by and checking this place out.

Great place to visit if you find yourself in Mt Pleasant. Super friendly staff, lots of seating and most importantly...fabulous food! Chicken & Waffle BLT was awesome. Shrimp & Crab Rice was delicious. Fried Okra was surprisingly tasty!

This was a surprise find, and we were very happy we did. After visiting Patriots Point we perused Google Maps to find a nearby locale for a bite to eat eventually selected Page's due to its ranking…and sure enough we were not disappointed. The menu has a large selection of traditional southern cuisine in a casual style atmosphere. Our lunch included a classic, Shrimp & Grits (Very good with a tasty sauce) and a side of colwslaw, the Southern Fried Pork Chops with Crab Rice (delicious and a deservedly sought after dish) ending with their famous Coconut Cake (also excellent). Service was on point and our server, Maddie, took great care of us especially with regards to the meal recommendations.Even though it is across the Cooper River from Charleston in Mount Pleasant, a visit to Page's Okra Grill will not disappoint. Strong recommendation. Enjoy!

Consistently wonderful! Our family enjoyed the country fried steak, chicken livers, mashed potatoes, fried okra, and pimento cheese fries. Everything was simply phenomenal. Anytime we are in the area, we always make time for Page’s. Service could be improved but the food makes up for it! Can’t wait to return again soon. So thankful for this devine establishment.

Best meal I’ve had in Charleston this trip. Large portions of great tasting food, and probably the best collard greens I’ve ever had. Kind of a diner feel, not a fancy place, loud, busy, long-ish wait, but worth it. Friendly staff made this an all around great experience. I’m looking forward to more trips here to try more of the menu options.

This was by far the best restaurant we ate at in Charleston during our visit. Even though we waited for about and hour, it was worth the wait. My wife ordered their famous shrimp and grits. The way the shrimp and grits were prepared was beautiful and tasty. I ordered flounder, and it was pretty good. The green beans and red rice I ordered was seasoned well. Great experience!

We really enjoyed our visit. The food was great and our server (we sat at the bar) was amazing. We both felt that the atmosphere was more "cafeteria" like than we were expecting. But knowing that, I woukd absolutely suggest this location while in Mt Pleasant.

This is a great little gem of a place. We must have come on a good day, because everyone that worked there were happy and in a good mood. The seafood platter is a little expensive, but the shrimp were cooked just right, fried okra was perfect and whitefish fried to perfection. This also came with a bowl of cheesy grits and the crabcake was the best I have ever had. It was so fresh and you could tell it was homemade. They played good music and the whole vibe was really cool. Totally worth the price when you can dine in good spirits and good food. Thank you "Page's Okra Grill" for the nice experience.

Went early evening and was seated very quickly. Found the prices very reasonable and Matt, our server, was so friendly and efficient. Fried seafood platter was great and so many sides to choose from! My dining partner ordered the chicken and waffles which he said were also very good. Many local beers on tap. Very generous portions. It got pretty busy later that sat evening so I’m glad we opted to done early. Will definitely return next time in the Shem creek area.

The service was great and food was fast and hot. We can’t wait to go back! Be prepared to spend a good bit though. Husband and I both got dinner plates, plus dessert and the appetizer sampler and it was $130 after tipping. Worth every penny though! The seafood pasta was amazing!

O. My. Word. You gotta try this place. It’s a basic southern restaurant and everything we tried was DELICIOUS! Even the salad. The waffles with the chicken and waffles are so tasty, savory, and amazing! The grilled seafood platter with the Sea Bass was flavorful. The fried shrimp was buttery and large. The Steakhouse Salad was the best salad we ever tried. O yummy!Matt and Tyler are the best waiters ever!!

Many people have suggested eating here and I finally tried them out. Instead of lunch or dinner, we chose brunch. Minutes from the hotel and Shem Creek, this restaurant has the best food for the money. Their fried chicken will make your grandmother jealous and pairing with white pepper gravy is hands-down the best around.

Good service and tasty food. Ordered 2 seafood plates. The sea bass was tender and delicious. I also liked the pickles okra in their fried green tomato appetizer.

We went here for my birthday brunch! There was a line but the two of us got seated quickly. There was a singer outside on the patio which was a nice addition. The menu all looks so good that it’s hard to pick what to eat! I ended up with the banana pudding chicken and waffles and my boyfriend got the Shem Creek omelette! Everything was so good! The service was also friendly! We will be back. :)

Fried Okra was awesome, large burgers… accommodating with extras (asked for a fried egg on my burger, wasn’t on the menu but they were willing to make it happen)… our waitress was super attentive even though it was just before close and she mentioned she had been there since it opened… wonderful person…Parking was a little hard at first since we came during the rain at night and there was construction but they had great signs out that directed us so we were left wonderingHad breakfast the next day, went for Steak and Eggs… a little pricy but super satisfying, equally good experience in the morning …! I’d recommend this place as a staple to everyone traveling near here..

My favorite kind of restaurant, with perfect food, terrific servers and not too famous. Page's was recommended by our shuttle driver for fresh local seafood at reasonable prices and it delivered in a big way. My husband had the catch of the day and I had grilled shrimp.

Must stop. Absolutely amazing food for very good price. Big portions. Patio is pet friendly. Super nice lice and polite stuff. Everything about this place is 5stars. We got fried green tomatoes and waffles & chicken plenty of food for 2 people.

Read great reviews on Google and it made a few top casual places to eat in the greater Charleston area as well. We went at 730pm on a Wednesday night in early February. It was full when we got there, but we were able to get a seat immediately, even with 7 in our group. Amanda was our server and did an outstanding job. She elevated our experience for sure. We had the Fried Okra and Sampler dish for appetizers. Really, really good. I mean, it's Page's Okra Grill, so the Okra should be great. They were. We all had different entrees and everyone enjoyed their meals, not one disappointment. I had a burger and it was excellent. The prices were fairly reasonable. We'd come back for sure. Definitely recommend.

Lovely farmhouse style restaurant with refined southern fare. We tried the sampler appetizer platter and enjoyed that very much. It could use more pita bread for the cheese spread, but it was still delicious. I had the crab cakes for dinner and other than a few too many shell pieces, they were pretty tasty. We came back the next morning for brunch and I ordered their shrimp and grits with grit cakes. It was amazing. The sauce was just spicy enough for a kick without being overwhelming. The grit cakes were a nice change that gave extra texture to the dish. They have a nice kids menu and my daughter was happy even though she is a picky eater. Highly recommend .

We took a day trip to Charleston and my wife wanted to try Page's Okra Grill. It was around 5 on a Friday evening in April, parking was easy and we were seated immediately. While I hadn't intended to have BBQ (a second time today) for dinner, the smoke from their smoker was blowing toward us as we walked across the parking lot, and the smell of burning hickory told me "you have to try this." The outdoor seating area was great and we could feel a nice breeze on a sunny, warm day.If you've read my other reviews... You know what I'm here for. I ordered the BBQ platter, pork shoulder with homemade vinegar sauce on it, for $15. Service was excellent and in no time at all, the plate was before me and I had round 2 of Charleston BBQ pulled pork. The pork was colored beautifully from both the smoke, and the sauce on it. No additional vinegar sauce was provided and it really wasn't needed. The pork was very moist and had a nice flavor with a little kick in it from the sauce. I love seeing bark in BBQ and it was there. The BBQ was very reminiscent of some of the better all-you-can-eat joints that I have visited in the past. While not necessarily what I was looking for at Page's Okra Grill, I was pleasantly surprised.

We tried 3 new places this time around in our visit to Charleston and Page's was my favorite! The food came out quickly and everything was tasty. There is a good variety for all tastebuds and generous portions. I love having leftovers! A definite must try.

Fabulous food! Best fried chicken livers I have ever had! (Sorry Mom.) Creamy, lightly coated, and cooked absolutely perfectly. Hubby’s fried oysters were equally delicious. Sides of pimento cheese grits, collard greens, and baked mac & cheese also very yummy. Everything tasted very fresh. Our spur-of-the-moment lunch choice ended up being one of the best meals of our trip!

Cynthia Hart — Google review

Food was outstanding. Our waiter was an English man who's worked there for quite a while; very helpful and great service. Everything we had was good except for the collard greens; too sweet and a little greasy. Possibly the BEST chicken wings I've ever had though. Definitely Charleston's best kept secret on wings. Good cold beer on tap, too. Definitely check this one out.
